1) Capacitor Discharge weld pins are designed to be welded to thin gauge sheet material using tip ignition according to the capacitors discharge welding process.

2) Capacitor Discharge weld pins are available in many different sizes, from a pin diameter of 3mm, 4mm, 5mm etc.

3) Standard material are: Copper Plated Mild Steel, Stainless Steel 304, Aluminum Alloy.

4) Other grades, i.e. AISI 316 (A4), AISI 310 are available on request.

5) The flange is designed according to EN ISO 13918.

6) Various of self locking washers or dome caps are available.
